Its all about TEXAS Y'all

So I have been back in the lone star state for a week now- and a couple days- it feels good to be home. It also feels strange to be home too. Especially since I sit here and listen to my Summer Playlist my roommates and I have made for this Summer. Which I just got back from CA having a fantastic time in DISNEYLAND see picture below if you do not believe me : yes that is a little blurry and yes that is us pretending we are 5 years old again- you can't help it when entering Disneyland IT JUST BECOMES YOU! Also any opportunity to embarrass the girls I call some of my best friends and my wonderful roommates I take great advantage of (especially since I look pretty good in this pic hehehe).

So back to Texas. I am without a job currently, which will hopefully be changing in the next couple of weeks even if I have to apply at fast food chains *wince* *gulp* I hope to go application shopping next week while my family is in Utah visiting my ailing grandpa. It's gonna get boring being alone on Tuesday and Thursday w/o my sister and there is only so much dog drool and stinky puppy breath(and teeth) a girl can take! I still really have no idea where I will be going to look- a status on FB may pop up looking for help. But I really want a job soon- not only to pay for college because it sucked to feel like a leech on my parents this year, but also because it will be something to do I will have friends again!.. Even if they aren't LDS.. I'm hoping I can handle that again literally 99% if not more of my friends in the past two years have been LDS. Anyway it will be good just gotta keep faith- pray hard- and try my best to look for opportunity! Also it sucked MAJOR to have 2 roommates up at school without me hardly ever speaking to me because they were too busy living it up in REXBURG IDAHO NO LESS!... I'm not bitter at all still or anything... while I was still in TX sitting for two angels(love those kids to death they are so fun) 2-3 times a week for 9 hours-conversation is not very intelligent when speaking to a toddler( I did learn to speak a new language the ever evasive and difficult toddler speak) it wasn't the same as having a 9-5 job at somewhere like Main Event- but I fear nothing will ever be like Main Event. I do have my family here and life is never boring at the Lord house someone is always doing something or saying something outrageous to get a laugh- then again we may all just be crazy but we like it that way :)

Anyway those are my current rants on the subject of being home. Other than we had a ward split recently- and it was all in my favor this time. I am a very happy girl.

Let it begin: day 1.
